This is for you is you are looking for holistic pelvic health rehab. Includes a one hour virtual pelvic health evaluation and a 4 week customized training and rehab plan via my app, with two 15 minute biweekly phone calls to allow you to ask questions + check in.

From navigating preconception, to postpartum and beyond – you deserve to feel strong and supported. Building muscle and fitness makes life easier. Focusing on fueling your body for its needs during pivotal life transitions builds long term health. You don’t need to be doing a bootcamp workout every day, you need a progressive plan that meets you where you are at. This plan is for any woman – preconception to menopause. This can also include pelvic health rehabilitation.
A “pay what you can” women’s strength training + support circle. We will start with 45 minutes of strength training, led by Dr. Halley, and follow with time for community + connection. This gathering is for any + all women. You can be new to fitness, or a regular. You do not need to be a parent. Gatherings are Saturdays at 9:30a. We start with a comprehensive assessment to see where you are, and learn where you want to go. Then, I create your plan and all support is through an app + video calls. I work remotely with women across the world.
16 weeks is my minimum commitment, in addition to a willingness to have a growth mindset and have fun during the process!
Our coaching fees vary based on the program selected and its duration. Industry standard for this type of coaching is between $300 to $500 per month. I am happy to say my rates fall within the lower part of this range.
Nope! At the very minimum, I ask that you have a set of bands and a couple weights, or household objects you can use.
The program is completely customized to YOU! We work together to figure out your best plan. Usually this is 2-5 days per week ranging from 20 to 60 minutes.
Nope! Women who are new to strength training are some of my favorite people to support.
I am not a session based chiropractor. Your program is more comprehensive than that and is focused on getting you the outcome you desire! Our time together is focused on ongoing communication and support, with you completing the program provided.
